Body butter was created by Alida with love…homemade ingredients to moisturize and nourish dry hands and feet. Being a caregiver of her son during treatment of leukemia and recovery from liver transplant, it often required frequent handwashing and showers to maintain his health and safety. Alida was not able to find a product that would moisturize her hands, elbows and feet. Not a fan of chemicals, she found natural ingredients and created her first butter. Over the years, of making the butter for family and friends have resulted in creating other items she makes with love then taking a leap of faith this year to launch Affinity Products.
